Anyone have any insight to this problem? > Hi Joe, You have a classic ground problem at one or both of the rear taillight assemblies. If you inspect the connectors at the back to light assemblies, I am sure you will find the ground wire melted/corroded. The fix is to perform a ground bypass. Drill a small "1\8 inch or so" hole in the back of the assemblies and thread in a piece of 14 gauge wire. Attach the wire to the ground bus via soldier or a self tapping screw. Now ground the wire to the car body. This should fix the problem. Good luck, Steve Crowe CMAT L1, Saab Qualified Tech sjcrowenopsams.com
