If you're buying a 98 Saab, you should be able to get much better than 4% over invoice! Because the new 9-3's are coming out in April, Saab is currently offering pretty sizable cash rebates for all of the 900 series cars (at least in the US). I just bought a 98 900SE five door for almost 13% under invoice! As far as I know, these deals are limited until March 31st or when they are out of 98 900's.
