Insist on seeing all service records and before you make any commitment to buy have the car checked out by a good independent Saab technician. I had an 83 900T. The original motor lasted until 197,234, until I made the mistake of trying Slick 50. If you find a good used 900 or 9000, once you get it, change all the fluids. I did that with the 87 900S I bought in Sept. 95 and the 87 9000S I bought this past December. Ken Washington 87 9000S
