check all the tune up basics first. Check all the vacuum lines. Clean the
throttle plate, clean the aic valve shutter wheel, set the base idle and
throttle swich. Check the ignition timing, on a 87 9000S it should be 14
degrees BTDC. If all this fails to resolve the problem, and your air mass
meter ends with 005 in the Bosch number, it is a common problem that a new
meter will take care of. Check our site at either http://207.53.126.47/ or
