You need to replace that "thing" on the front of th car, on top of the radiator. It's called an APC Solenoid. A new one is like $130?????? Go to your local dealer and see. Regardless, it's easy to replace. Just match up the new one with the old one and make note of which hose goes where and swap them. You CAN do this job yourself. Don't pay anyone to do it.
