I had this problem with my first SAAB, a 9000 CS 2.3 Turbo. Here is my advise: The difference between the outside temperature and the inside one should not be more than 5°C. Especially in summer. In winter, you should choose between 18 and 19°C. This is a good temperature to prevent a cold. Greetings Tobias Hamburg J.H.M.
