Do I really have to get a special tool from SAAB to loosen the top nut on my frunt strut assembly ('87 Saab 9000 turbo)? My Haynes manual recommended using a 13/16 spark plug socket with a hex wrench inserted through it. 13/16 is too small though--looks like 7/8" But I need a socket with a place to grab the back end with an open end wrench and a long hex wrench to pass through to the schock stud. Any ideas?
