You could have an electrical problem like a bad ground. On the other hand, if the bulbs in your fog lamps are halogen bulbs, the installer must not touch the bulbs with bare fingers while installing them. Halogen bulbs burn very hot. The oil from the skin will fry the bulb prematurely. I worked in TV for over 14 years. Whenever we changed a studio light bulb, we had to make sure to hold the bulb with a clean soft rag , when it was installed. Ken Washington 87 9000S Retired Air Force Broadcaster
