Check out the current (July) issue of Car & Driver. They did a comparision test involving all the cars you mentioned except the BMW. If memory serves, they ranked them in this order: Lexus GS300 Audi A6 Volvo S70 GLT Saab 9-5 SE Mercedes C280 plus a couple others... They liked the 9-5, but the competition is tough. I like the 9-5, too. A good combination of roominess and performance plus it has a nice distinctive look. If you don't get many responses from alt.autos.saab go to the bulletin board at www.saabnet.com and post your question again. Saab people are so special that they have their own private discussion area ; - ) I'm sure you'll get lots of responses from there.
