Subject: Saab Loaner Policy???



I've been told 2-3 differenct things about Saab's policy on free loaners
during repair.  One person told me its only for warranty repair. 
Another said its for anyone who makes an advance appt.  A person from
Saab USA told me it was the policy of Saab USA to provide a free loaner
to anyone who had a long repair cycle.

What to believe?

What have you been told??
