So this happens, when Iīm only a few days away: people advise happy 900-drivers to buy a 9000 ;-) Just wanted to tell you that I did it the other way: three month ago I changed my ī93 9000 CS (2.3 litre manual non-turbo) to a ī92 900 S (which stands for Soft-Turbo, manual). Both are nearly equally fast (ca. 215 km/h (stopped on a flat 5km piece of the Autobahn)). The 9000 is the perhaps better car: after 9 hours of driving, I still didnīt feel tired nor the other passengers did... But the 900 is the better - 900. I still canīt explain what it is - some things are more than just the sumn of their parts. Itīs much fun driving, I enjoy each minute travelling with this car. Maybe itīs because my 900 is virtually free of electronic devices and displays :-) I never missed the 9000 at all - the only person missing my 9000 is my girlfriend: the comfort and the goodies (especially the possibilty of reading by night), but what is in fact very strange: her car is also a ī92 900i and probably will keep it forever (just 52000 km). Maybe these few words wouldnīt help anyone, but I had to write them... Andreas
