My battery died after 45,000 miles and it required 3 jumpstarts and 3 calls to the roadside assistance number. The Saab people were very helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. I went out and bought a new battery and then Saab customer relations called me (I didn't have to call them) and told me to fax the receipt and they'd reimburse me. Much better service, and -much- better customer relations than I've ever had with any other vehicle. Just my $0.02. Mark
