I believe it means "sport." It is a truncation of the original "EMS" of the 99 series, which stood for Electronic fuel injection, Manual transmission, Sport. In the US, it is simply an increased trim level (the basic, or reduced, trim level for the new generation 900s). --------------------- John R.
