I bought my 83 900T through the IDS program while stationed at SHAPE, Belgium. I picked mine up at the factory in Sweden. I suspect much has changed since May 1983, but the one thing I remember was the tax free store at the factory. If it is still there, you can buy parts and accessories there and save a bundle. I bought a console and rear sun louvers for my 83 900T. The cost of both together was less than the cost of the console alone, if I had ordered it with the car. In 1985, friend, who's wife picked up a Saab at the factory, brought me back a wind deflector for my sunroof for $35. So if you want to get some extras for your Saab, pick them up there. When you leave the country the tax will be rebated to you. Enjoy your trip. Ken Washington 87 9000S
