I recently installed a Clarion CDC634 in my '94 900 and it works perfectly.
The only difference between the two units is that the 635 has an additional
fibre-optic link for connecting up to amps and the like. It was £20
(sterling) cheaper than the 635. It plugged straight into the ready fitted
wire in the boot.
