It is > >working intermittantly. I have 88 9000t with the same problem. You can have the climate control unit do a self test by pressing the Auto and Vent buttons at the same time. An 88 should flash on the display while it goes through its diagnostics and at the end it will display the number of errors found. Press Vent to cycle through the error codes. You can get an explanation of the error codes from Unfortunately, mine says there are no errors. I don't think my fan motor is the problem because it runs, its just not controlable. I've heard that there is a transistor which relays the signal from the climate control unit to the motor but I don't know if this could be the problem or where it is.
