FWIW, I received c. 3.5% off of MSRP on a new 9-5 base (504) w. heated and ventilated seats, sunroof, and automatic transmission (my *only* additional cost was US State sales tax). This was through Auto-by-Tel. Several things have indicated to me that this was a good deal, though it was not smoothly handled. Am thrilled, of course, w. the car, particularly the acceleration (comparatively), the comfort, the thoughtful design, the many little features, the interior size, the full-front view (that is, looking at the car), and, not least, it's essential SAABness. -- Kirby Krieger [Remove FOOBAR when replying via e-mail]
