It would be hilarious if I would post some garbage imaginaion into either of those newsgroups. Where can I get some garbage imaginaion? I'm fresh out. Does Bloomingdales sell it? No need to answer, anyhow. The discussion of Jaguar's vastly improved quality since their purchase by Ford has already been initiated in those groups by others who are quicker with the garbage imaginaion than I am. Alas, alack. > You need some VIAGRA from Pfizer in order to do this. Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. > You said I "lie" about American-brand is low quality? Not actually. Read more carefully and try to keep up. You stated that American-brand-owned non-American companies were to be scorned, and that such companies produced products unworthy of much expectation. I pointed out the obvious and verifiable flaw in your argument. American-brand autos themselves never entered into the discussion. > Comparing to Japanese and European-brand cars, aren't "American-brand" > lower-quality? Wait a minute, now I'm *confused*, tlin16!! Before, you said that Jaguar wasn't to be given a second look FOR THE REASON THAT it was owned by Ford. But, Jaguar is indisputably a European brand! So, which way is it? One or the other, you can't have both. > If you can understand English <chortle> This from the man who complained bitterly not long ago that I was "discrimating him", but was unable to come up with an answer when I asked him what "discrimating him" meant. Perhaps he couldn't hear me due to an accumulation of garbage imaginaion in his ears? > go buy a Consumer Reports. You will see "American-brand" with those > BLACK circles on reliability records. Well, maybe and maybe not. It's quite irrelevant to this discussion. Your backtracking and trying to change your argument simply shows that you got caught in your unfounded slam against Jaguar, and are now trying to backpedal your way out of it. Shame on you. > You've just slapped your face by your fallacy. Heeeeeeeeeee heee hee. My fallacy, eh? And what, pray tell, would that fallacy be? Please use facts and quotes from my actual messages, not the made-up type you used this time. > Every Mercedes, Volvo, BMW, and Japanese car owners will laugh at you of > being a baby. Laugh at me of being a baby? H'm. Is that anything like laughing at you of rotten syntax? > Even a 2-year-old knows Mercedes 3-point-star is better than Chrysler > 5-point-star. I shall certainly keep that in mind the next time I am in the market for a new car. Can you refer me to any particularly good 2-year-old automotive quality consultants? (Actually, let me get back to you on this one. I'm not going to need a new car for quite a long time. My daily driver '91 Dodge has well over 100,000 miles on it and just doesn't give any trouble. Mechanical readings are all quite excellent, the body's in good shape...I can't detect any reason why it shouldn't travel happily another 70k miles or more.) > We make loooow-quality cars Who's "we"? You, ah, don't exactly sound as though you're from around these parts yourself. As for generalizations of quality of any vehicle nationality, well, see above. Remember, all it takes is just one counterexample to topple an "always/never" statement. > but we make cool and tasty Coca-Cola. Non-USA Coca-Cola is better than US-made Coca-Cola. In other countries, the substitution of corn syrup for standard sugar is not permitted, as it is in the USA. Corn syrup Coke tastes "off" if you've tasted the genuine article. But you knew that already, right? > It seems like you have no "balls" like every man does. I guess even > Viagra is not gonna help you either. Not actually. I have a very real e-mail address. And it's quite visible. All you have to do is read the full-text message header. I use ftp.japan.com to thwart spam. It's quite effective. If you're not clever enough (or, perhaps, not literate enough?) to find my e-mail address, that's regrettable, but it's *your* problem, not mine. I might also add that your childish taunting is really very much out of place here. If you've an argument with a post I make, certainly make your objection. But the odd Viagra references and jejeune "he hee heeee" stuff makes no points with me. All Best Daniel Daniel J.
