In early June of this year some of the graduating class of the local
high school decided to celebrate the event by slashing the tires of
all the cars parked on our street. My poor Volvo station wagon was
one of the victims, and I was decidedly not pleased.
I could remove 3 of the lug nuts, with near cardiac arrest effort, but
could not remove the last two. I called AAA and this much larger and
more experienced individual could not remove the lug nuts either,
although his efforts to do so were fairly impresive.
