I just came back from a week in Sweden after picking up my father's 9-5. It was a great experience. Everyone from Saab was friendly and knew their job. We were taken by taxi (a 9000) to Vargon, outside Trollhattan, to a nice country hotel. We were given an execellent dinner of salmon. Delivery is in Trollhattan at the Saab museum. The museum was great fun. Lots of prototypes and original models rarely seen anymore. The whole process took about 1 hour. We then left the car at the Trollhattan train station and took the train to Oslo for 2 days of sightseeing. We then returned to Trollhattan and drove to the dealer in Gothenburg for shipment home. The boat left today, so we were told it should be delivered in three weeks. At the Saab dealer I saw lots of 9-3s. They sell a non-turbo model for about USD$17K, the turbo model close to the US version was about USD$22K! I would recommend International delivery for anyone who was planning a trip to Europe and was also ready to buy a Saab. I want to go back to get my 9-3. -- Brent Thompson Lincoln University, PA
