Your cars are so wonderful that I had one in '93 that I couldn't return fast enough. I bought a used '93 SC wagon from my Sunnyvale Saturn dealer after the former owner had turned it back in during the 30-day trial period. Now I know why he returned it. There were several defects, plus there were design defects I discovered during the next month, such as door sills that emptied water right onto the front seats. Sure, you've got satisfied customers when the dealers will promise to fix anything, such as my deformed drivers seat in only 2000 total miles on the car. (And I don't even weigh 150 pounds.) Heck, I sold a VW with 150,000 miles on it last year with a driver's seat that was still almost like new. I wrote a five-page letter to your factory describing these "anomalies" and managed to turn in the car and minimize my losses. The manager, knowing that I liked individualistic cars and needed a lot of space, asked me if I had considered a Saab. He must have read my mind, because I told him that I had formerly owned Saabs and yes, would consider another one. So please don't try to peddle your inferior wares in this newsgroup. Why don't you try alt.autos.yugo where your car may be considered an upgrade. Cynically yours, Mike Z. --------------F8C00AD060D92D46070B7DCB--
