If it has performance upgrades on it, this may increase the emissions of hydrocarbons and/or CO so it might not pass the smog check. Also, the deceleration valve might be missing. Does it have a 2-bbl Weber? - if so, this may be problematic. If stock, the only smog thing is that vacuum deceleration valve and the right distributor advance, which probably has 2 hoses. These engines never had air pumps or recirculation stuff. Charles.
