Susen, I think what you are experiencing there is the turbo boost that follows the slight lag that is common with a stock exhaust system. In this case, there isn't anything wrong at all. I did not like the turbo lag in my 900SE, so I replaced the exhaust system with a "free flow" system. It relieves the back pressure that is trapped in the muffler and lets the engine reach turbo quickly.
