Carl, I bought a U.S. spec 83 900T at the factory in Sweden and brought it backk to the States in 1984. I was stationed at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS. I took my Saab to Bailey Lincoln, Mercury Saab in New Orleans. I watched the mechanic reset the pulse with a dwell meter. After drilling out the template on the fuel distribution box, he used a long hex and dwell meter to adjust the pulse from 60 to 30. This corresponded with the dwell meter. You should be able to get it done. Ken Washington 83 900T 87 900S 87 9000S
