It takes a bit of getting used to, but I shouldn't worry about it. Throttle-controll, you'll get the hang of it within the first few 100kms. But do take it easy! You don't want to drive it into a wall or worse the first time out. And be carefull in the wet, it is a bit tricky as well, certainly if the TC is off or not working! (yes, that does happen) Just remember that a Saab is a safe car, but don't overdo it.
