Hello everybody, For many years a Saab convertible has been a bit of a dreamcar for us. So in the beginning of March this year, we finally ordered a yellow 9-3 turbo to replace a 12-year old VW Golf convertible. It has been a long wait, but this weekend we can finally pick it up (country = Belgium). So this week I went by the dealer to check if all options were installed, and to decide wich tyres will be installed (maybe a bit over the edge, but it will be Pzero's, since the dealer is paying :-). Options include: mirrors and doorsteps in same paint as bodywork, some nice alloys, a frontspoiler, sports exhaust etc. Just a few extras to make it a special car. With the frontspoiler, there was a problem. The dealer didn't tell us ("everything is ok"), but I immediatly saw there wasn't a frontspoiler attached. So I had to ask where it actually was. The explanation was: Saab doesn't fit them anymore, because they have had too many incidents with speedbumps. Is this true, because at the Saab-site of Sweden I found this nice picture of a convertible ( http://www.saabsverige.com/godis/gfx/cabsilver_high.JPG ), wich seems to have an whole airflow kit. I don't think it's a picture of a special performance model, because they have a more 'extreme' look. We were never informed there was such a option (the dealer still doesn't have an accesory-guide for the 9-3, nine months after introduction!). Does anybody know about such an airflowkit option? Thank you. Enjoy your cars, Martens Olievjee
