Subject: Re: Saab 9-3 versus BMW 3 series

Front wheel is better in snow to my believe. Living in Austria / Europe and driving a lot in Winter I would never change my front wheel drive to a back wheel drive! You can not realy compare the Saab 185hp turbo engine to a BMW 323 170hp normal engine. Both are technically very advanced cars, but the 9-3 has a unique power even at low rpm (195 at 2100), the BMW needs much higher rpm to give you a similar, but not equal feeling (181 at 3500).
