Tony, I had this problem before. Even the local SAAB dealer has no idea what's wrong, they just advice me to pay thousands dollars for replacing the computer and some other parts. Finally, I just replace the gas tank cap and the problem gone. Advised by another Saab group friend, it may only because the computer detected some gas leakage on fuel tank via the loose cap. Not sure is your prefect solution but won't cost u too much! Good luck!
