Big noise from such a little rubber and metal part. They're cheap, but require lots of labor to replace. To verify, open hood, identify the upper control arm and bushings. Press down on fender. If not, then check lower control arm - with vehicle on lift or driven up on ramps, from the ground looking up, identify lower control arm.
