Sounds like a fun project!! The master cylinder assy can stay in, since the are common as well as the rack, the B-engine the power steering hoses will need replacement (I forgot until I looked at my 80 900 GLE), since the pump is on the right side of the engine instead of the left as a 16V engine. This is something you may want to consider. Since the interior of the car is gutted anyway, the 85 air ducting under the dash has better airflow for some reason (a LOT better airflow) so you may want to cann that out of whatever 85 body you get.
