Cute, but not very helpful. Perhaps your alarm is different, but with mine, if the alarm has been triggered and then the power removed, it will return to the triggered mode when power is restored. From manual 3:2 "Electrical systems, system diagrams, operation and fault tracing" (which *every* dealer should have), p. 354 in my manual: "Setting the alarm to the deactivated condition Turn the key in the driver's door or the passenger's door from the neutral position to the unlocked position three times within two seconds. The alarm will now be in the deactivated condition and the LED will go out."
