Does the grill of the center air vent pop out? The friction of the air-flow adjuster has lost it's grip, and flips shut when the air comes on high. If I could get to it, I'm sure I could do something to fix the friction problem. But I'm not sure how to get to it. I've tried prying *lightly* at the grill, but it didn't seem to move, and I'm afraid of breaking what's probably a very expensive piece of plastic. Thanks, Geoff
