I have a set of Gislaved's mounted on my 9000's original 15" wheels, and they work well here in Ohio. However, compared to the tires on my 16" Saab wheels though, they are noticeably much narrower (and even much narrower than the Goodyear NCT's that shipped with the 15" wheels). I only use the Gilsaveds from about mid-December to March here, and they will be four years old this year, and holding up well (I had them dismounted, and flipped last season for even wear). If I were in Colorado I would have the tires studded. That can only be done on a brand new tire, because of the fear that dirt in the holes will push through to the inner wall if done after driven.
