OK, I'l fess up, I've had a new DI module, which was replaced under warranty, and I'd suspect will fail at some point again, probably due to the high boost levels, since I don't hear about this problem that commonly. I also have a tiny residue in the #1 spark plug well, but the dealer swears they've pressure tested everything, and there's no leak... regardless, it is noted on my maintenance record PRE-warrantee :-) > I'd check to see if most if not all these parts have been replaced/repaired > before purchasing. They seem to fail from about 30k miles on. Good luck. Agreed, though there seems to be no pattern to it at all, I wonder if in fact the Aero engines are hand-built as I was told, and it's simply a matter of whose fingers tweaked the bolts.
