Hi Karen, He is full of prune juice. Whatever way your car is shipped to you is just fine. Permaplating is another gimmick to get more $$$$ out of you. If he insists on you purchasing it, insist you will walk in the opposite direction to another dealer. It's sort of like Polyglycoat and Rusty Jones...
