Don't put a synthetic oil in a saab turbo with 160,000 miles on it. Seriously, you should be thinking about stepping up to a thicker oil. Not a thin oil. 160000 miles takes a lot out of any engine. 160,000 miles is a little late to switch to a synthetic oil. Trust me stay with the conventional oil. If you change the trans. fluid make sure you save the plug or rig-up some type of magnets on the side of the trans case, if the plug gets torn up. Brake and coolent is easy and never a bad thing to change. But the power steering, take that to someone who really know what they are doing. You may or may not have that peice of shit GM power steering pump. If you do have the GM don't even touch it. It is so touchy. Let some one else deal with that. Good luck, just be careful, don't believe everything you read. Remember your saab is most likely more touchy then most. Consider that when you think it may be a good idea to do radical changes. Most of the time it is best to stay with what works. When you leave things to chance, that is when accidents happen. jimmy
