Save your money! This is the typical 9000 rust mode. Starts on the insides of the door seams and works its way out over several years. Not worth chasing for the dollars spent at the body shop. If you're finding rust now, it's way too late to rustproof the car. It took nearly four years of driving to have the rust bubble that had formed in my old '86's LR door to finally erupt. When that happened, I bought a used door (same color) and put it on. If you're bent on driving the car body forever in Rust Belt conditions, start looking for replacement panels/doors now.
