Is this some sort of ground problem? With headlights on and the ignition switch at pos1, the alt and seatbelt warning lights come on dim, along with the fan (slow). Also wipers will work ( even slower). I feared some major loading was going on, so I stopped incase I burned something out. everthing works normally at Pos2.
