[Posted on behalf of our landlady] 1977 S-reg SAAB 96L for sale. Bodywork - excellent. Engine - unhappy, having lost a crankshaft. It is now for sale as replacing the crankshaft is not viable for the owner. Colour burgundy. One lady owner since new, who lives in central Oxford so only used it for occasional long-distance trips. Lovingly cared for, electrics, brakes etc in excellent condition following recent major overhaul. Small plaque in cockpit announces that this is one of the last 150 SAAB 96Ls to be imported to the UK. We would like to see this much-loved vehicle go to a good home, so if anybody can put time into getting her back on the road, we would love to receive an offer from you.
