I found out more about this car.  It is a '94 AERO.  Yes! it is a 4-cyl
turbo. It has 48K on it.  We drove it and looked very preppy.  Noisy and
rough ride.  Can you please re-comment on what the potential problems could
be.   I will look for these and get it checked.  If it is lemon, please
don't hesitate to tell me.
