Call Marty at Meyer Garage in IA, 888-722-2246 and I am sure that he will be able to send you a used or new clock depending on what you want to do. Once you have it, you'll have to take your dash apart to get to the instrument cluster. Go to http://www.bfp.net/saabweb/interiorremoval.htm for the best explination out there of how to do this. Once you get to your instrument cluster, you'll need to take it out and change clocks. I'm not sure of the exact procedure for doing this, but it does involve taking out your left front speaker grill and disconnecting the speedo cable. This assuming you have a left hand drive car.
