I recently purchased a '95 900S which I am thoroughly pleased with except for the transmission. When I shift out of park or from R to D the engine usually (not always) "shudders" before engaging. Once underway everything is fine and very smooth. It hasn't stalled but seems to come close. I logged some time in an M-B that was similar in this respect. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
