I'd be concerned about overheating the brakes with a cover. Here are two other solutions: 1) Replace the disc pads with Hi-performance metal. (They shed less.) 2) After cleaning, spray the wheels with a silicone spray. Make sure you cover the disk and pads with newspaper. Thereafter, you should be able to quickly clean the wheels with a hi-powered water spray.
