Subject: pirelli 4000 / Michelin MXT



My '96 900s is factory-fitted with Pirelli 4000 tyres. What's good about
them is that they radiate very little noise, but for the rest I think
that they perform poorly on stability, braking and grip. I used to drive
a 1987 900 Aero with Michelin's MXT, a tyre that I was very happy with.
Does anyone have any experience with the MXT successor, the MX2?
