In speaking with one of the guys up at GOLDWING SAAB (America's largest SAAB only salvage yard - Ya gotta plug your parts man!!!!!) I was told to remove the headlights and use vinegar to rinse them. Depending how bad they are you may just need to set them face down and let the vinegar soak for a while. LET THEM DRY COMPLETELY I was told. This should take care of the milky film and will also work on Fog and Driving lights. Stephen 90 SPG
