I had this problem too and any Saab dealer will manually crank the holder into the rear position and pull the fuse. Thats what I did. It will take awhile for you to get used to putting the belt on this way but it beats a dead battery in the winter. I had to walk my battery to be charged, not fun at all. This is the cheapest solution and the easiest. Good luck. dp
