Alan, I had an 83 900T for over 13 years. It came with Pirelli P6's that lasted about 28,000 miles. I tried Goodyear Eagle GTs next. They lasted about 28,000 miles. That was the last name brand tire I bought. I tried Falkens and Nittos. Finally I found a non-name brand sold by Perfomance Discount Tire called Grand Spirit. They are made by Kelley Springfield, a subsidiary of Goodyear. I bought the 195/60-15 and consistently got 45,000 to 60,000 miles per set. I use them on my current 87 980S. I never got to put them on my 87 900S. Those tires did not wear out before the car was totalled. Ken Washington 87 9000S 87 900S 83 900T
