CS, I used Marvel Mystery Oil in my 68 Camaro and 72 Toyota Celica from 1969 to about 1974. The Celica was totalled in 1977, while I was stationed in Crete, Greece....For a long time I did not use anything except regular oil and filter changes...In Oct. 93 I made the mistake of trying Slick 50 in my 83 900T...Yes, that was me...In January of 94 of I tried Militec-1 in the 83 900T, and I have been using Militec-1 since then in my two other Saabs and my wife's 1990 Chevy Blazer 4wd. Militec-1 is a synthetic oil based metal conditioner...All I will say is that it works...If you want more information on it, you can go to www.apdinc.com...I just got an email from another 9000 owner.
