Saab 900 16v Turbo (1987) In December I had the head gasket skimmed and sealed, valves cleaned and re-seated etc etc etc. Now, when the car's is being pushed hard, the 'check engine' light blinks on and then, almost immediately, off. Water levels and oil level are fine, and apart from what I consider to be relatively poor fuel consumption (about 22-25 mpg on a steady run) all else seems ok. Please, any suggestion? The engine work is still under warranty but I'd like to be equipped with a few ideas of my own before returning to the garage... Thanks in advance bp Bryan Palmer www.screenfilter.com
