Subject: Windshield Wiper broke



Saab 900 Turbo  1989

Problem:  While driving in the rain (no kidding) my drivers side wiper
stopped working.  After safely pulling over I found a snapped cable
connected to the arm that moves the wiper blade hub.  How do I fix it?
Where does the cable go?
